Dr. John Rush founded ScaffoldMED after decades of building and scaling healthcare practices across the country. He kept seeing the same pattern: strong clinicians and dedicated staff restricted by disconnected systems and unnecessary complexity. Each vendor solved a single problem, but often created three new ones.
Dr. Rush designed a framework for how a practice actually operates. He began with the belief that when healthcare practices run better, healthcare itself gets better.

Dr. John Rush is a nationally recognized physician and healthcare executive with more than three decades of experience building and scaling medical practices across the United States. As both a clinician and an operator, he has seen firsthand how fragmented systems and operational inefficiencies can limit even the most capable teams.
